When will my item ship?

If placed by 2:00 PM MST, Monday-Friday, holidays excluded your order will be shipped the same day. Any orders after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. For more information about SPARC Welder's shipping, refer to our shipping policies here.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Flat rate and free shipping orders usually arrive in 4-5 business days. If you need the welding tools or equipment sooner SPARC Welders offers a variety of expedited services including overnight via FedEx and UPS.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

To protect your welding tools and equipment signatures are required on all orders over $250.

Will there be sales tax charged on my order?

Yes, sales tax is charged based on your location.

What happens if my order is damaged?

Please reach out to us immediately at support@sparcwelders.com. Please provide detailed photos and a description of what happened, and we will get you taken care of right away. Do not use the damaged product or tool and keep it in the original packaging.

What is your return policy?

SPARC Welders will happily accept returns. A request to return must be received within 30 days of the receipt of the tool. All returned items and tools must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. To complete your return, SPARC Welders requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

What is your refund policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, SPARC Welders will email you to notify you that we have received your returned tool. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. What if there is a problem with my order?

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Most of our welding products and tools are back by a 2 year warranty. All hoses are covered by a 1 year warranty. Consumables, like tungsten, do not have a warranty.

Can I order custom parts?

Yes, absolutely! We can customize any product you see on our website to your specifications. SPARC also offers a variety of other welding and welding-related products, such as well as HVAC, plumbing, and other tools. Contact us today to start a conversation.

Do you sell used equipment?

No, we do not. However, we do donate open boxes and refurbished welding tools and equipment to trade schools, non-profits, and the like. Email us at sales@sparcwelders.com to find out more.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, SPARC Welders does ship internationally. We can ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please email support@sparcwelders.com to cancel any orders.

Do you offer financing?

No, we do not.

Is my credit card information secure on sparcwelders.com?

SPARC Welders is built on the Shopify platform. Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. Shopify supports 3D Secure checkouts and payment data encryption.

Which welding tool should I buy?

Which tungsten product is right for me? Should I get a single or dual CO2 regulator? Is the aluminum purge block a good fit for me? Our team at SPARC Welders would love to be able to answer all your questions, but we simply do not have the time. Our team highly-educated, field-experienced welders are busy testing out each piece of equipment personally before we put it on the market.
